April 2021 Virtual Workshop

Keep Your Wits About You!

WHEN: April 10, 2021

WHERE: Zoom (link to be provided)

WHAT: It’s been said that “dying is easy, comedy is hard.” But what is the actual difference between “jokes” and “humor” (don’t say one’s a liquid. DON’T SAY ONE’S A LIQUID) and how do you get the reaction you want from a reader? That’s a rhetorical question. You’ll have to pay for the workshop if you want answers.

Join authors Curtis Chen (Waypoint Kangaroo) & Randy Henderson (Finn Fancy Necromancy) and literary agent Sam Morgan (The Lotts Agency) for an in-depth discussion of precisely why farts are funnier than poops.

The workshop will consist of three 90-minute sessions at 10am, noon, and 2pm. All times are Pacific TIme Zone. The registration fee is $135.

Sam Morgan is a literary agent with The Lotts Agency. Originally from North Carolina, he now resides in Brooklyn, NY. O’Keefe, Daniel Polansky, Jay Posey, and many more. You can find him on socials @samroebuck.

WHY: Because the world needs as much levity as we can bring it!
